Love And Enjoyment From Rati Rati
It’s just another great place in Pantai Indah Kapuk area. I ever said that Pantai Indah Kapuk is very growing in terms of hang out place, cafe, restaurant, etc especially in Cordoba area, and now it’s time for Rati Rati Roll Cake And Drink to spread their love.
Grand Opening since 1st April 2012, the word Rati is came from The Hindu Goddess of Love, and the word Rati it self comes from the Sanskrit root, raam, which means enjoy. Guess that Rati Rati really wants to spread their love through their roll cake and make sure that everyone enjoyed it.
First impression when I walked into this place is that this place is really eye-catching, with the interior dominated with orange colour, and well designed, simple yet catchy! Also the outside area, which dominated with white table, and white rotan chair with touch of orange colour as well for their table cloth.
Rati Rati is specializing in serving Japanese Roll Cake which very famous with its softness. And Rati Rati in Pantai Indah Kapuk has put their trust to their Executive Chef Hiroyuki Ambo (Ambo San) to constantly provide and deliver such a great roll cake.
So that moment, I ordered their Premium Chocolate Roll with Vanila ice cream on the side (one package). It was impressing on the first bite. I could feel that the sponge was very soft and smooth. The chocolate sponge was filled with Chantilly chocolate mixed with milk chocolate, which result into a wonderful chocolate filling for the cake. On top of the cake, they used a dark chocolate, quite thick, and much enjoyable with almond peanut. Don’t forget that there’s a vanila ice cream that come as a package to make everything much more enjoyable!
It was a great experience for me, and for sure I would like to come back again in the near future. My only regret is on that time I was too full to try their other selection. And I heard also that they are going to open another store in Jakarta and Bali.

Looks quite enak from pic.. I have marked down this resto as my to do list in Jakarta.. is it same row with Pan & Barrell?
